Use your Coach Connect membership as you travel

As our snowbirds and winter Texans start heading north again, we want to be sure you know your options for connecting to the Internet on the road. You can use your Coach Connect username and password at any participating RV park. Click on the image at left to see all the locations. You can also use it at rest areas in Texas or Oregon. Kansas, Washington state, and California are coming soon.

Road Connect is the brand that you'll see attached to Rest Areas, but it's all part of Coach Connect, and your same username and password will work at both Coach Connect AND Road Connect locations.

How to stop the monthly charges: If you signed up for the standard monthly plan, you will be automatically billed every month, whether you use the system or not. You can cancel your account at any time by visiting the link to Manage Account. For example, if you're on a monthly plan that automatically renews on the 12th of the month, you can cancel at any time before the 12th and it will not renew. Your account will still be active until the 12th - you are just cancelling the auto-renew part.

If you cancel your account, the next time you find yourself in a Coach Connect, or Road Connect location, you will need to sign up all over again with a new username and password. So, we recommend that you don't cancel. Instead, you can visit Manage Account and change your plan to a Daily plan. That way, your username and password remain active, but you will not be automatically billed for the next month. You will only be billed if you log in after the end of your month. And then, you will just be billed for one day. Then, when you return to your winter park next season, you can change your plan back to a monthly plan. You will still have your same username and password.
